FREMONT, CA: Imperva, Inc., a cybersecurity pioneers whose goal is to secure data and every path to it, recently introduced the Imperva Sonar platform, which replaces siloed point solutions and provides integrated analytics while automating workflow and speeding incident response.
Organizations can now simplify the safety of their most targeted business assets while accelerating digital transformation efforts and even save customers time and money. Advanced analytics will offer visibility to two of the most challenging information security blind spots: the programs that cause the most breaches and the most targeted data for theft.

The updated, integrated unified management console, which brings together all Imperva Sonar platform elements into one dashboard, would benefit security teams. For the easy investigation, the console combines security performance metrics, attack analytics, and suspicious traffic. Customers will have the visibility to mitigated Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks that are happening simultaneously with bots exploiting Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Machine learning exposes significant risk areas and allows one-click resolution abilities, allowing resource-constrained security teams to address issues quickly.
"Data is the lifeblood of the modern business, and yet most organizations fail to adequately protect it despite its importance. As digital transformation reshapes the IT landscape, organizations are lacking the visibility and control needed to secure precious data, and to respond quickly to various threats and security incidents. An integrated security platform that provides complete visibility and protection, from the application edge to back-end systems and databases, is a lifeline for businesses grappling with the complexity of secure digital transformation," says Chris Rodriguez, Research Manager, Cybersecurity Products, IDC Research.
"The rush to modernize has created gaps and security teams lack visibility into the data lifecycle and how sensitive data is being accessed," says Kunal Anand, CTO, Imperva. "The Imperva Sonar platform is the industry's first solution to give security-conscious organizations a unified approach to protect their data wherever it lives -- from outside to inside the network -- all within one tool.
